Having trouble getting alerts on you Costco CitiBank Visa Card?

Me too! These are the steps to make sure you enable the alerts correctly:

  1. Login into your CitiCard Bank Costco Anywhere Visa Card
  2. At the top right of the screen, you will see a profile icon. Click on it and select "Contact Information"
  3. In the contact information page, scroll down until you see the Phone section.
  4. You should see two numbers here. 1) The Primary Mobile 2) Alerts Mobile
  5. If you don't have these two, click on the Edit button and the click the add button
  6. After you have added the alerts number, click save.

You will now start to receive alerts. To setup alerts, click on the top right screen in your profile and select "Account Alerts" and confirm the following settings:

You can Sign up and stay on top of your account by setting up your own custom Account Alerts. The bank may also send you additional servicing communications regarding your account so be sure you read carefully what you say to alert you on.
